Returns & Refunds Policy

At Stupid People, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns unless an item arrives damaged due to shipping.

1. Damaged Items (Eligible for Refund or Replacement)

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a refund or replacement, email us at info@stupidpeople.shop with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

If approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement at no cost, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not include sufficient proof of damage.

2. No Returns or Refunds (General Policy)

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Items that are worn, washed, or used

  • Any items not damaged during shipping

Make sure you review your order carefully before purchasing.

3. Exception Requests

In rare cases, we may consider exceptions at our sole discretion.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order. We’ll do what we can—but no promises.

5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If a package is lost in transit, contact the shipping carrier directly.
